Pre School - Fun-demental Classes

Our FUN-demental classes are the perfect introduction to the fun world of football. All classes at this age are at Indoor Locations.

Your toddler is introduced to the basics of football in a play-oriented yet structured format, using child-friendly but realistic football equipment.

Your toddler is given the opportunity to work within their ability level but taught in a group environment.

Classes also provide a fantastic opportunity for you to assist in your toddlers’ early education.

Weetabix Wildcats All Girls Class

Are you looking for a fun way for girls 5-11 to get involved with football?

Then look no further! Our Weetabix Wildcats classes will be the place to be, everything is super awesome; from the friends you’ll meet to The FA qualified coaches who deliver the sessions.

Mini Ballers Reception

Our Mini Ballers Development classes bring together all the skills learnt from the Fundamental classes and introduces them into real football matches. With plenty of ball time!

Children continue to develop the social and cognitive skills as well as honing their football skills, putting them to use at the end of each session during the 10-minute match.

In this class, we introduce small sided games and sessions will have more of a learn it, practice it then do it type approach.

Junior Kickers

This class will improve your son or daughters performance by recognising what they do well and what they can improve on. Helping them observe good performances, applying it and developing the confidence to try something new. Wether they are new to football or looking for some extra training this class is ideal for their development.

They will learn about approach play whilst defending, play small sided game, plus 1 v 1 defending & attacking and coaching during the training matches.

Players will also participate in a range of passing and movement drills and are introduced a little to positional play and movement off the ball.

Their may be opportunities for selected players to play in our affiliated local team Litherland Athletic JFC .

Advanced Junior

Age 8+ A more high octane class for players looking for further development. This class will test your child’s ability and improve their performance by recognising what they do well and what they can improve on.

Helping them observe good play, applying it and developing the confidence to try something new. Wether they are new to football or looking for some extra training this class is ideal for further development.

They will learn more about match situations, along with plenty of ball time.

Players will also participate in a range of small sided games, and using all the Skillz learnt in a 15/20 minute match.

Ideal for all players with or without teams. There is opportunities for selected players to play in our affiliated local team Litherland Athletic JFC .

Top Catz Goalkeeper Sessions

Skillz Skool is proud to introduce Top Catz Goalkeeper Sessions, a dedicated weekly programme designed specifically for young goalkeepers aged 7–11.

Delivered by Deano, an experienced goalkeeper & coach, each session focuses on developing the core technical, physical, and psychological elements of goalkeeping in a structured, age-appropriate environment.

Sessions are carefully planned to help players improve: Fundamental goalkeeping techniques (handling, footwork, positioning and diving), Confidence and decision-making under pressure, Coordination, agility, and movement, Game understanding and communication.

Training is delivered in a fun, positive, and supportive setting, ensuring goalkeepers of all abilities and experience levels feel welcome and motivated to develop at their own pace.
